What do you World Series and full slang our next guest says his company as help when it change the business of sports and may even hold the key.

To winning the championship joining us now out of Fox Business exclusive Los Angeles -- does the vice chairman.

Net happened Tom it's great to have you and you're working with some big -- teams Arizona Diamondbacks the Miami Heat.

You're tracking the players every single move tells about.

In fact it's every hundreds of the second in some cases so the way this has changed since the sport show is.

-- back ten years ago people would be really we portraits seem on the sidelines -- pictures.

Today because -- information so accessible has so much of it.

They can now make decisions both about how to compete better had a look at their own players better how to develop them better how to get their health better so it's changed the way they look at sports completely.

No let me ask you this -- -- projecting about six point three billion in sales for next year.

How big a piece of that is the sports technology.

I don't think sports technology is that big a piece from a revenue point of view.

It's just indicative about a whole world's changed the whole world is the last ten years data is so accessible and is going such -- -- If you -- mind that data effectively if you could manage it effectively and having your fingertips -- almost any business.

Sports is just taken advantage of it no wait a few people would have thought of ten years ago I think Billy -- started that baseball.

But now to -- every sport.

Billy -- -- Oakland Athletics which is now the subject of a movie with Brad pet and it's about.

Exactly that analyzing every swaying every Bali every home run -- not home or whatever.

It really -- see how you're doing this but what what is about net -- that I -- is also unique in -- thing is that you know you're all about the -- But I'm curious as the company is more more about the cloud if there's concerns about data security.

I think group we obviously -- very big in the cloud we also -- big all data storage spaces but.

I think what you'll see is midsize companies a move to cloud very quickly.

Anything that's not -- your business who moved to cloud very quickly when you look at giant enterprises.

Big banks and things like that they're going to be slower to go that way for the reason you pointed out.

They can have that security is is a big issue when you look at.

Law firms big legal big banks and things like that I don't think you'll see them move as aggressively as a cloud.

Let me ask you about this -- -- -- over and over has been one of the top places to work you've been a net.

Over and over I'm curious if you're looking to hire right now -- if you are looking to hire.

What types of jobs to give available.

We will voted the top ten places to work in fifteen countries last year which were very proud of voted number one America a few years ago.

We've -- 3000 people in the last four years side our total populations about 111000 so we continue to hire.

We are young people and train them put them in sales in other activities.

We -- trained people at of college to be in our engineering department.

But in general -- -- on a global basis both the sales and engineering be the primary areas.

Sales and engineers all about the -- guys are fine before -- I do wanna ask you about the impact of flooding in Thailand.

On the business right now -- -- anticipating any supply disruptions.

We're not anticipating any but obviously we're watching the situation closely.

To bid situation know it's got -- -- -- -- on exactly what's going on.

But I I anticipate there will be OK just like 'cause supplies and relocated typically have multiple ways of delivering product.

And we haven't seen any destruction at this point.

Common those of the vice chairman at net up from -- Los Angeles we should say Tom thank yet.
