We need to get them back here to American the way we get him back is to compete.
And and make -- make it possible for manufacturers to successfully compete here.
And make things so I take the corporate tax which is that 35% right now for manufacturers and processors.
And I zeroed out.
No corporate tax if you all those manufacturers they did send those jobs overseas.
What they did was they made a lot of money about one point two trillion dollars in profits.
Is sitting overseas.
It is subject to excise tax if they come back at what otherwise it's 200 corporate tax to the -- -- -- of the santorum's plan.
I'm guess I'm getting to that that all that one point two trillion dollars is subject up to 35% tax when it comes back.
So we zero that out if you invest in plant equipment here in America you pay no federal income tax you pay no taxes no excise tax.
Here in America on that money so that's the second zero the third zero is the Obama regulations because he's put in.
Dozens of regulations that cost businesses in excess of a hundred million dollars each every one of those regulations that cost government at the cost business.
Over a hundred billion dollars a year we zeroed out we eliminate the mall we repeal the -- That's something -- -- a president can do I'll do it.
And now will liberate business businesses from the shackles of regulation.
Put them put the capital and their in their pockets they can invest and create a profit opportunity by -- -- the corporate tax part.
I am very happy senator Sam turned to hear you talking about economic issues because that is what is on the minds of most Americans.
But I think you're also trying to.
Acquire the Republican nomination on social issues.
Question that does the American government -- to get back to George Bush compassionate conservatism again.
But I just want the government out of the way -- their backs and let them keep.

While you know I I don't think you can have a healthy society unless you have a good decent moral society -- with strong families and you know I talked about this at the last today.
You know if you want to reduce the poverty rate is one thing you can do overnight to reduce the poverty rate.
That is repair marriages -- have fathers take responsibility for their children and get involved in the lives of the of of the woman that that that is the mother of their children -- that is very good and and very marlin and very.
Admirable but none of it is the job of the -- the president of the United States.
I would disagree with you -- I think it's a very important job the president you're the leader of the country.
You know how much have you been talking the last few weeks judge about the class warfare that has been going on in this country while you're talking about it because the president's talking about it.

A I had a discussion and and and a campaign to talk about the importance of marriage the importance of fathers taking responsibility for their children.
A what we can do about the divorce -- what we can do about you know improving -- -- that quality of life.

Churches can help and -- president you'll take an oath to uphold the constitution.
And notwithstanding these issues on which we agree on on most of them are ultimately on the morality of them not -- is and the constitution for the president to concern himself with -- Americans prefer that you bring the troops home so that young people are not being killed in needless wars that don't keep a safer wouldn't that enhance family values senator Santorum.
-- I thought it was a needless war I would definitely bring us some but if I thought it was a war that was important to keep our country safe.

Might get my opinion is that we need to have success there that we -- allow Afghanistan to become another rogue state.
Which could be a harbor for terrorism we've already seen.
What ignoring the threat in Iran is doing we saw would just the other day that they airplane attacks and if we allow them to get a nuclear weapon.
I can -- I share surely we should we attacking Iran on the basis of what I Eric Holder revealed two days ago somebody you probably want -- -- -- have voted to confirm for attorney general.
You're right I wouldn't have been voted to confirm isn't it I just hope you -- right on that -- But now the bottom line is I've been saying from the very beginning -- for -- gets a nuclear weapon judge.
Then what happened or what -- least Eric Holder and and the evidence seems to point to.
What happened on a daily basis Iran will be -- nuclear shield that they -- they know that they will not be attacked because no nuclear powers never been attacked.
And they will pervade terror they will disrupt this world they will do what they -- they have always wanted to do.
Which is take the leadership in the Islamic world and to try to project there's -- radical theocracy.
That runs this country throughout not just the Middle East you throughout Europe and that around the world you -- -- -- do that want the American military to attack Iran.
I didn't say I didn't say that I said what the president should be doing is stopping them.
For getting a nuclear weapon and -- lots of things they can do short of a military attack to do that and -- from everything I see we are doing none of those things.
