But there's a big -- -- -- between the -- educational level in the skills level and matching up but the jobs unemployment rates are.

Are all over 20% for some categories and certainly under 5% for people with degrees and a little bit of experience.

So tell me and I you able to consult in a re training process for some of these workers and what.

Fields -- skills best.

Retrain if you will -- -- that they -- more highly in demand fields.

Well we help on the recruitment side -- So what we do is we use technology to help companies optimize their online job advertising strategy.

And I actually I actually took a little look this morning at fusion this career side.

It just to give that as a backdrop.

What companies can do is they should put more marketing muscle into talking about why it's exciting to be an engineer.

Like they have mechanical and electrical engineering and machinists does it positions open there.

They could put a low -- little bit more marketing muscle maybe some videos and stories.

There's a lot of people that are are seated on the job and they may want to just subscribe to -- company's career site and find out about jobs that maybe aren't ready to apply just yet today.

There's there's other channels companies can use that they -- haven't thought about.

Like search engines using Google to find a job for candidates is about 12% the people that are hired by a amongst our customers.

And most that most corporations jobs don't even show up in Google as an example.

And so companies little better access to the Internet and social need but what advice I know you specialize working represented companies that -- you have any advice for these job seekers right now.

Yeah yeah I do you know first off.

I -- and I have I have three children in their twenties and talk to a lot of their friends.

And you know the the first thing I would say is that looking for a job is a full time job this is not a casual endeavor where you put picture.

-- may onto a job board and then hope for things to happen.

This the second thing I would say is there's a lot of people that just have this emphasis I just wanna get a job.

Well when you go inside a big companies you're talking to recruiters and they want -- line you up with opportunities.

So you as a job seeker need to pick two or three.

Professional hasn't been.

Maybe take some supplemental classes or education to the two to support that.
