-- back to followed the money Alabama has begun enforcing the toughest illegal immigration laws in the country even though the Alabama governor.
Doesn't sound exactly thrilled take a listen.
As a physician.
I would never ask a sick person.
If He -- she was legal are illegal.
But -- governor of this state.
It is my sworn duty to uphold our walls and that's what I intended to it.
I -- -- former congressman Tom Tancredo at eight congressman.
I don't know we didn't stop threaten drilled new well it's a pretty pretty tough -- some would say even tougher than the the Arizona law is being debated down down the little south DO.
There is something about this law that no one has talked about but the left knows very well.
It's the most important aspect of it.
It is a requirement in the Alabama law.
For public schools in that state to actually count the number of kids that they have who are there and being taught but who are in this country illegally.
Now let me tell you why that's so important it could very well lead.
To a challenge to fired the -- which is the -- which is that decision by the court that requires the states to provide education.
To people who are here illegally there's a challenge ticket come up as a result of that and that's what scares that big -- -- code of the pro -- that pro illegal immigration crowd and the left in general let's take a listen do.
President Obama on immigration enforcement -- Our enforcement priority is not to chase down young people who -- going to school.
And -- -- following all the other laws and are trying to make contributions society but until we get.
An actual coverage -- immigration law passed through congress.
We're gonna continue to have some of the problems that we don't see.
-- -- basically says we're not gonna do it on the federal level so therefore what and when states like Arizona.
Alabama mine in May be -- Nebraska think has -- going on as well so when they take into their own hands there's this big uproar from the let's say hey what are you doing that's their job but.
The Fed's the feds aren't doing it.
Well that they're not they've abandoned their role except that He indeed has done something.
You recall a short time ago.
He actually gave an amnesty essentially to everybody that's in this country illegally with the exception of those who have broken other laws have committed other crimes.
But when He said we are not going to go after you.
That is indeed an amnesty so He has taken a role by the way that is not should not be something that the president is able to do.
He even said to -- -- that when He was speaking to them about a month before He said you know B I know everybody wants me to go around congress not to use that that process but that's not the way it works here.
And then one month later it's exactly what He did.
So He has taken an action but I believe it is unconstitutional.
And I believe it's a lot more serious than that is our last discussion.
Written it in included united the other reference to that -- -- -- friend of the show right.
I believe so I have a little -- if you don't mind take a listen to mr.
Beckel on the five yesterday.
I have a few people like that guy can't cradle that bomb a Colorado is not often in -- people remember.
It gives us.
There's authority -- that's about all I have -- sit next to every day.
Does He cannot.
It really I don't know what the deal is with it you know -- and she's upbeat outlook pricking me up for what is He bringing me a world attack except that I getting his goat on something and that's great I mean the fact that I can irritate this.
-- mr.
Beck got it is absolutely wonderful very I'm happy to do it because.
I know what I'm saying is hitting a nerve and that's always a good thing has risen with him Tom Tancredo thank you for joining us again.
