Tonight on the -- what the central planners still don't understand.

This week President Obama has been bragging that his tax policies have helped and not hurt small businesses take a listen.

But -- like that we've actually cut taxes for small businesses sixteen times -- -- an office.

So.

Taxes for small businesses are lower now.

Than they were when I came in office lower now when I came into office by the president's central planning policies don't add up it turns -- the president.

It has inflated.

The impact of the tax cuts He reluctantly signed into law.

His health care law along with this other policies actually raise taxes on small businesses they are foreign negating the tax cuts that He accepted.

As an example of his trickery is small business health care tax credit is an absolute track when you look at it without more discerning -- You see that only 250000.

Out of 27 million.

Small businesses -- actually even qualified for it.

And this isn't the only policy of says that's filled with a brim with obstacles and loopholes designed by -- government.

America these are the facts this president and his administration.

Do not want you to know about.

They also don't want you to know about a little known bank within the Treasury Department that uses your tax dollars to pay for the White House is Green energy pet projects.

In July the federal financing bank made more than half a billion dollars in loans of your tax Stalin but virtually no oversight.

To risky Green energy businesses.

Including the now notoriously failed solar energy company so -- Why does the federal government.

Thinks it and think it knows how to spend your money better than you do.

Does it and understand that the government consumes wealth and only private enterprise creates wealth.

Here to shed some light on this puzzling and perpetual central planning cycle is Republican -- as Florida Republican congressman and friend of liberty.

Connie Mack congress -- -- it's a pleasure to -- great to be -- -- are excited how did we get -- to the point where we just discovered this week the existence -- some secret bank in the in the Treasury Department that's been making loans that nobody knows about to businesses that they they president and his buddies fever.

Whether these are sound investments are not and using the people's dollars with which to do it.

What we got here it simple.

Government is way too big.

And you've got an administration that is willing to some -- say skirt the rules some will say.

Manipulate the rules.

I would say that that this administration -- shown that they're willing to lie to the American people.

To get a cross -- to get bills passed that they favor and that creates a problem that's where you get a bank like this with inside the federal government.

-- you you you were here when I was just doing introduction to your segment you can't make these numbers up with 27 million small businesses the country.

Fewer than a quarter million.

And of them.

Qualify for his program he's boasting that He -- small businesses does He think we're foolish and we won't do the math does He really believe this stuff.

You know I ROP doesn't but I'd say his actions would suggest that He does believe it.

That He does think He can lie to the American people or pull the wool over the -- -- give -- an example this past week.

We had a hearing about Green jobs ice in the administration has put out that 6200.

-- Green jobs were created under their program.

One of the jobs that was created was a a bus driver and they are saying that someone who drives a hybrid bus is a Green jobs.

I mean what's different about driving a hybrid bus -- driving a diesel bus it's driving a bus but this administration.

Is willing to tell the American people that you know make up have the numbers to make them look good.

Look this stuff didn't start with Barack Obama George W.

Bush had TARP George W.

Bush -- a few hundred billion.

In stimulus programs -- Obama has doubled and troubled the amount.

Is there some attitude amongst your colleagues not you not Ron Paul not Rand Paul not Mike -- but your big government colleagues.

That we should do the right thing not that constitutional.

Thing.

But the big hearted thing yeah.

The money away borrow the money and some future generational pay for -- exaggerated when I say that or are there hundreds of your colleagues who believe that.

I would say that there are members.

The -- the Republican conference there are some that believe that -- that the continuing.

Growth of spending in this country is okay.

But there are a lot of members and that number continues to grow that are saying enough is enough we cannot continue to run the government this way.

It's led to fifteen trillion dollars of debt.

One point three trillion dollars in deficit we cannot sustain that and government is too big so those numbers are growing -- And in your opinion whose fault is it that instead of having a yearly budget -- two year budget.

We have budgets at a six months long 45 days long and how we have to tomorrow I never heard of this history.

Seven days law that you can't run a business you can't even -- your own house if you don't know what money is going to commit of what those you can pay.

In seven or 45 days or even six months -- this is the this is the problem in Washington.

We need to get back to the regular order which is.

The committees the authorizing committees authorize bills and the appropriation committees appropriate.

And the house in the senate must work together right now we're getting these omnibus bills CR is and it's just a way to skirt around the rules.

I didn't support this CR right and that's that continuing resolution for six months 45 day seven days -- right now but don't wanna make if you don't my wanna make this point on this CR said the administration told us.

That if we didn't pass this thing.

There wouldn't be any money left for FEMA right and people all across the country where panic.

They had fear because the money was gonna dry up when the bill wasn't able to pass on Friday they moved the date to Monday.

And then on Monday when they -- they were gonna get it on Monday they moved into Wednesday.

And then sometime between Monday and Wednesday Harry Reid says.

We -- planning and money were fine and we can't make it then Lehman suddenly found another hundred million dollars they claim they didn't know existed and that much of the week before that's -- -- this illustrates the administration's willingness to lie to the American people to instill fear -- the American people to try to pass something that they know is not right you're a night watchman.

In congress and thanks for joining us here that congressman Connie -- -- Federal Reserve governors.
