President Obama announced -- new 450.

That includes seventy billion in new tax breaks for small companies that do more hiring.
Those jobs bill and starting tomorrow small businesses will get a tax cut that they hire new workers or if they raise workers' wages.
-- jobs bill and all small business owners will also receive their payroll taxes cut in -- next year we targeted.
The employer payroll tax cut cutting that in half to the 98% of businesses who have payroll five million or last week think -- will make a big difference to them.
But the administration is not finished helping small businesses.
