The whole world remembering those terror attacks that happened ten years ago this Sunday.

On September the eleventh while the financial world and especially the financial district of this city especially hard hit on.

And on eleven Adam Shapiro is that the world financial center which is right across.

Complex right across the street from the World Trade Center He joins us now what's it like down there today out of.

Look on -- we have really an amazing view reality sharing -- you were on the tenth floor by the world financial center.

And you can see that the World Trade Center reconstruction project behind me is really in full swing the memorial which will open on September 11.

Of this year the ten year anniversary of the tragedy which took place.

Ten years ago will be open to the families of nine elevenths victims and then it will open to the public yet to make a reservation to get and let out very quickly taking a wide shot of the entire location you can see.

One World Trade Center once referred to as Freedom Tower now 78 stories high.

Expected to be completed in 2013 4014.

And that is we come back down to the entire location.

You can see tower four is well under construction the visitors center is under construction quite a bit of activity.

It add on new York and Washington DC are both on high alert for terror threats what is the security been like frankly like right outside the building.

We have van and truck checks every van and truck driving down one of the streets here.

Is being -- I'd start by police.

That's correct and there -- checkpoints as you know throughout Manhattan for people who might not be familiar.

-- New York City this is the lower part of the island and the statue of liberty would essentially be right behind the camera behind the building that I'm standing on right now.

But at checkpoints throughout the city this will get even tighter as the weekend progresses.

With a total shutdown -- streets people will not be able to move around here as freely as they do today but even getting into this building usually in New York City -- in buildings across the country.

To get -- need to -- your driver's license.

Here is a bit more security election driver's license they want to see your photo ID from work and then of course we -- -- registered because there's so many people in the press there.

To get into that location tomorrow or even Sunday forget it.
