Well the president had his own initiative to reduce the rules and regulations which they estimated would save about ten billion dollars over.
I think it was five years yes about two billion dollars a year but just one of these EPA regulations -- more than wipe out those savings I'd stake right now Connell.

Until we get the economy heading in the right direction what does that have some of these so that we can have some of these other dates and by the way one thing about the -- role that not only hits of the utilities and energy producers but it's the manufacturers.
Who use energy and it also hits consumers driving up utility rates at a time when many families are hard pressed -- just don't need that right now.

Extend that payroll tax cut for the American workers and extended to businesses which one cent more hiring.
The president may come forward with a tax credit.
For businesses that will say look if you can verify your hiring new people as a result of this credit.
You'll get a cut and your taxes.
We need to deal of the deficit there's just a lot of uncertainty out there right now Connell businesses don't know our my taxes going up what's gonna happen.
We need certainty so let's get a deficit deal before Thanksgiving that would be very helpful.

Moratorium would again assure people what the rules of the road are right now whether it's health care costs energy costs for the job access to capital will -- of the new financial regulations.
People just don't know.
And when you don't know at a time of great uncertainty you tend to just hold back we need businesses to have the confidence to step forward.
