So when you know when you have these men and every you would go to the same thing we tell all the employees please get your flu vaccine.

You know we have flu outbreaks in different communities in our country people come through emergency room so.

You between these patients you -- getting exposed.

And what happens is you know the the compliance is very poor may be 40% 50%.

So these hospital administrators -- of their problems to look we can't afford to have people become factors we cannot afford for our own employees to become sick.

This is part of the greater picture of health care.

And I'm for a I am literally for it because it falls into the same thing as credentialing.

And proper training and having.

You know medical education and uniforms and -- name -- we are an industry that is more the fact -- are really nature why didn't more these hospitals or other organizations do this earlier this ought to -- because you don't we -- we wrote a story -- I wrote the story yesterday and Fox News health dot com and you know.
