We Liz first -- thanks for for having me back on.

And this is a group of stocks that is quite simply has more than half the revenues coming from the Internet.

And that is a powerful differentiator from -- old traditional brick and mortar retailers.

That the new cloud computing business model benefits these companies.

And so always done is taken an index that that.

That utilizes the power of the Internet and we delivered it in an ETF.

Yeah and and I'm looking at all of the names that are in here but but who should be most nervous by the deal today as you look at this shouldn't really be apple that's what we've been talking about.

Well I think apple.

Is certainly keeping their a close eye on this deal.

More some of the some of the our users of their android operating system may look at this says Google is now -- the one of their competitors and may shy away from.

Google and in towards something like a Microsoft's.

Their windows operating system.

You also have names like Juniper Networks ex PD Netflix in this fund Netflix -- get I get all of these names -- and it's so interesting because you're just here recently for the launch of SK YY which is of course.

Let's talk about that house -- going to cloud computing -- Sure the cloud computing ETF we've been very pleased by VP.

Money that's been raised in that fund and we think that the cloud computing story long term is really going to.

Change the way that companies use use technology.

Because it makes their businesses more efficient.

You can build scale and you can reduce your your computing power very easily.

Which is great for midsize and small businesses.

And so long term the cloud computing story is not going away.

We see you know the potential for tremendous growth and -- -- is quite simply just a portfolio forty stocks.

That allows an investor with one investment to gain access to those company.
