Dobbs tonight were always looking for ways to restore America's prosperity.

My next guest took matters into the -- hand by creating a store that sells only.

American made products joining me now is mark and all owner.

Of the made in America sort upstate New York gov mark thanks for joining if I got to tell you when I first heard about this I ask you -- -- -- -- aren't.

Things still made America.

Yeah they are very hard to find but we've managed to do that over the last sixteen months.

Marc tell us a little bit about the Genesis of -- store and why did the how to do think about it what motivated you to do it what kind of hurdles have you faced.

Well I don't know welding and fabricating shop and I lost a lot of up.

Lot of work to overseas competition.

And if you don't truly -- -- you know after only enough guys and realize you don't make up in here in United States no more and it's kind of a shame because we've got the best workers in the world.

So like that it came up with an idea and I Saddam and open up a made in America store and carry 100%.

Made in America products.

And that was a very tough challenge a lot of people said what are you open an estimated America store.

And now we did that sixteen months ago April 3 2010.

And we had like 600 people show -- -- the door and I knew at that point we struck a nerve in the country and people wanted this we've got to -- a giant up and up.

We've -- fun time -- we came up with fifty products in the beginning and now we have about 3500 products that are 100% made in America.

So -- you find that a couple things we find that this is motivating.

Companies actually make more things in America because now there's an outlet for people to actually buy it.

And also have you set up a website because I would imagine the man must be -- from all over the country.

Yeah we've struck a nerve and we started a movement and people are coming from all over we do have a web -- Charles.

It save our country first the dot com.

Or you can Google made an America store.

And now we've had local national and international attention on this we've had the Russians come in last year the Japanese come in this year.

And now we just -- South Korea KBS -- up a broadcast spent two days with us.

So were -- -- emails and calls people are driving 17100 miles a visit my small store which is now 6000 square foot.

So tell us when you go from there -- obviously an idea like this is amazing.

I mean it's.

It almost I mean I and I also according gives you goosebumps just even think about it it's a phenomenal thing I think that you're doing.

Can you take it across the rest of the country.

Yeah I believe we can.

We struck a nerve -- met great American -- store they remember the way it was like my father are you past -- -- to me and I took care of it we're trying to lead with quality not -- throw away world there by China crap.

We like you know self manufactured by Americans in American factories.

And the money stays here we like to headquarters to be here so we believe we can take this store every city.

Right across the country that's our next goals open company's stores I'm targeting Texas what the -- down in San Antonio.

We got Nashville -- on the map and everybody wants one we received calls.

Emails letters.

People love this it's just unbelievable the attention we've gotten for a small town store but people truly want this.

And I my mission statement was to create and save jobs in America not politically but we get the job done.

Okay it might have been nonpolitical mark but these still be on the commercial aspect of this.

That maybe -- struck a nerve because a lot of people talking about today's jobs number how dismal it is how many people Alps out of the job market.

And how this country needs leadership do you think.

You struck a nerve beyond the commercial aspect of this that makes people feel -- this country again.

Absolutely you know I've got a lot of shows -- done speeches but people love their minds more than a business I didn't do it for money -- not a salesmen.

I did it for the country you've got to love your country I respect soldiers that put her time and we give veterans 5% off active or inactive every day.

We're first soldier the American worker.

And our country and people got to think of our country our values and our commitment and think about our country build things again here -- create jobs it's the only true way.

To fix the economy.

My first shirt said save our country first on the back my second -- said because China has a long drive to work.

And stuff I wanted to -- after we made -- one year which a lot of people -- against us.

You know -- my up my third church said the real stimulus package it's not 14100 pages that nobody really read it's one page buy American products put your neighbor back to work.

Well I -- it's a god bless you mark and all thanks a lot continued success we really appreciate it.

Alright well thank you for having me out and buy American you.
