Well John and I have a certain method of working out that we thought that people would enjoy and we decided that we needed people to.

What to do every day something different sort of shock their body and they're actually very short workouts.
They are there and do about 45 minutes -- yet of eleven point five minutes consume you company's product you get it out there may be are are you finding people.

There's got to be garbage twenty -- could keep an attendee DVDs for twenty -- as -- in one or competitors or over a hundred dollars this can't be for real.

That changed their lives.
