I don't have any incest euphoria but -- speaking for our team our organization.
And and the players on my team and I know are ready for this to be in -- so we can give back to work but you've already.
And working having I mean you've had on some of the team down and Texas with you got a new -- new office of the US -- still been getting some work done.
We have we have we would we try to do things same things we would be done if we -- in Cleveland together many camps associates.
You know let the same time we realize there's a lot of challenges ahead of us would.
And new head Coach.
New system on offense and on defense.
We we need some time to work with our coaches so.
For us so we're anxious to get this so when you two guys have been working together for a long time so the book.
Growing up colts -- what you tell me you know you're the football Coach and -- one of the better place to come up through Texas.
High school football system is every -- most people known played university Texas but tell us.
What got you guys don't write a book about it.
Well people I don't know they came to -- -- -- -- in person to see how we did things how we've done things this as a father son and how we got along as a as a head Coach and and and an athlete so.
A little unique perspective -- we we -- just talk about some things that.
Well particular to us as we raise their kids and as well as -- -- -- teams and not that -- the best way through the perfect poison we -- -- and and stumbled a whole lot but had to get back up and keep going and those are some of the premise of the -- call -- -- -- get wrong.
We don't you -- your shows not long enough.
You look at that I don't believe -- -- -- that we we talk of my dad and that kind of wrote the book.
We did definitely did leave out my mother among analysts look played a huge role and and and and my life and and that I think the book is -- whether it's.
A book for -- sons whether -- look for athletes.
You know our our full intent is to not write this book about.
You know I arrived have made it here's what I've done it's it's more how can how can some of the lessons that have learned.
Some successes that have had MI data set together -- and we help someone else and and I hope that that when you read the book you figure that out.
Give us one piece of advice and I'm Brad and by the way these guys -- -- in our area and in New York they're going to be the ridgewood New Jersey -- store tonight right side bucks spent seven to 9 PM what piece of advice for -- puts their sons -- Or -- their daughters.
Well there's there's 23 points -- -- -- we -- to go 11 as well things that we've been intentional being an intentional parent being an intentional Coach and well -- what we told -- -- Davis Buffett along with his Brothers is that.
You don't do your best and be a leader insists it's a simple concept you know we never told him to be the best who we want to be intentional parents when we're young we have a and united it would have a -- -- in the NFL or or hop performer -- markets to do their best so.
That's the thing and and the leadership issues -- in our family and what -- doing now especially now the locked out no roaches he's having assumed those roles and so that's that's one of the main keys and it is just do your best and be -- leader.
