President Obama lawmakers will be back at the bargaining table -- less than two hours to try to hammer out a dead bill.
But I -- a spreading as the two sides appear to be deadlocked.

They want to pass some type of balanced budget amendment to the constitution.

But she's not all that sure she thinks that Democrats are engaging in scare tactics here to set off a bit more yesterday when President Obama said.
That he couldn't guarantee that Social Security checks are gonna go out.
On August 3 and house speaker John Boehner says that the president was he gauging and scare tactics though most of the top Republicans.
Would agree that we've got to watch out for August 2 and August 2 is the date they don't want to get up to that deadline in the White House response today to the skeptics.
And said basically that they -- standing by the fact that -- there will be dire fiscal circumstances.
