-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- All over to Robert you covered excuses now from neutral.

I just like and asked -- where you're surprised to verdict.

Analysts surprised you know pattern -- Howell.

I don't know how they could not find.

At least aggravated assault or manslaughter in this case.

Was that.

That it was an accident and not a murder and yet they had no evidence to suggest that it was an accident.

They they did to suggested it was a murder so they were able to arrive at conclusion.

That they had no evidence for.

You know that that there was some sort of accident -- that something happened other than a murder.

-- there was really you know this whole story that was brought forth in the opening arguments by Jose Baez was never substantiated in any way that for some reason they've.

They felt better believing that -- and going -- along those lines and they did.

What seemed to be plainly obvious to everybody which was that she was the last person to see that child the duct tape came from the Anthony house.

And that Casey Anthony it you know -- it.

And her behavior afterwards was bizarre.

So you know what she's she may walk out of jail today and that's or waiting for 9 o'clock -- gonna get a decision on whether or not.

The judge that will give her time served I think it's likely although -- anybody who guesses in this case is.

Is that'd be -- as is appears so far.

But is highly likely that the judge is gonna keeper for a little while if it's not.

For the charges I mean it would be under that pretense Serbian of those charges but to you wish she can ago.

You know I mean she needs a buffer before she re enters life and where she -- home -- which you gonna do the -- live with George and Cindy I don't think the doors wide open there.

And she needs a little time to sort of figure out what she's gonna do next in figure at the book deals in the movie deals and all of -- key things that are going to be thrown her way it's it's.

An astonishing.

Scenario.

The -- are gonna wanna wolf the storm and -- adjusted.

But she wanted to go until the federal workers with relocation program because somebody -- at least of some of -- -- -- -- from.

People around our a lot of -- interval to violent weather I don't.

Yeah and her parents of receive death threats as well I think a cooling off -- dollar around wouldn't be a bad idea.

And I think the judge may use the time that that -- she was convicted -- for those for lying charges.

And -- thing is this you know it's interesting to me that they convicted her lying to investigators.

But you know is so what was she lying about you know what she trying to cover up not none of that led them to reach an -- -- conclusions it I think it's it's a bizarre verdict.

But you know I I you can't blame the jurors really -- mean when you listen to with the way that -- processed all the information and the duct tape issues and nothing it was very hard to link.

One piece to the next and draw a conclusion promise it's it's one of those.

-- I think it's travesty but and I understand in many ways have a -- Grozny again.

All very.

There are some people older thank.

Our -- -- 1001 that jurors.

But the dads are granted -- in the gravel have something to do do things that are.

You know I I I found George Anthony to be fairly credible on the witness stand -- thought that his emotions seemed believable.

About the whole thing there's no indication there was no evidence presented.

To suggest that George Anthony ever abused her as a child.

There was no evidence to suggest that he helped to cover up a drowning in the backyard.

Nobody saw him connected to any of those events there was no you -- No evidence that built that case whatsoever but it was -- is fascinating from a legal perspective because it was enough just to throw that story out there and to have it be in the jurors' mind.

And never to give them having any evidence that backed that up somehow put that reasonable doubt in their minds and -- at the time.

I you know what has isn't it devises.

Presentation I thought.

I can see this being a really tough long drawn out process because he's probably convincing at least one or two of those jurors in that -- That something other than what they're thinking may have happened enough reasonable that.

Did I think that all of -- would be able to reach that conclusion in eleven hours and that they would all agree that there was reasonably strong reasonable that this case.

Now that that was what shocked me what was that -- the amount of unanimity.

Among them and the speed with which they -- separate -- palace that was shocking.

But child's -- and somebody knows what happened exactly and you look -- not know the name you look at her face and that's that's the main thing I keep thinking.

She's sitting there and she knows she knows what happened and everybody from her own attorneys to the prosecutors to her own parents.

Everybody if there's one thing they can agree on it's that Casey Anthony knows what happened and she's you know she's she could tell -- whole story right now.

And she cannot be retried in this case says she could in -- put make a multimillion dollar book deal.

And tell exactly what happened to it to her daughter and M and men who knows I mean maybe that'll.

At least it's certainly noticed some questions -- but you know she's she's lied so many times in this case who knows -- -- -- -- -- now.

More 1 o'clock -- -- eastern time -- my column.

On -- of -- thank you very much coming up -- I'm just award program to actually matches -- and so it is a brokaw's truth.

What doctor you're the one of them about some -- Marxist which are included in that is domino.
