And now a few items from our freedom files yesterday afternoon a jury reached its not guilty verdict for Casey Anthony.

This alarmed -- of people and caused many to assert that justice has not been served.

It is tragic that the person -- murdered little Caylee Anthony is still walking the streets somewhere.

And in that sense justice has yet to be served.

But for Casey Anthony justice has been served.

Only in America can you be tried by a jury of your impartial peers who can only convict when the government proves your guilt.

Beyond a reasonable doubt and to a moral certainty.

Our nation was built upon the philosophical principles of -- to skew -- and Voltaire.

Those ideas recognize that the constitution.

Sometimes tolerates the criminality of a few.

In order to preserve the freedom of -- soul.

The purpose of -- jury system is not to punish the guilty but rather to punish only those -- the state has succeeded in proving guilty.

If Casey Anthony -- to have been convicted on the basis of public opinion all of our freedoms would be subject to the whims of the masses.

And that would not constitute justice.

The Obama administration is putting pressure on food companies no surprise earlier this year the government created guidelines to keep unhealthy food ads away from children.

While the government touted the guidelines is being voluntary.

Some companies fear they'll be punished -- they don't -- that don't follow them.

As well they should have that fear.

Now Republicans are drafting legislation to delay the implementation of these guidelines.

And to force the government to carry out a cost benefit analysis.

Let's hope they succeed.

Because it likely won't be long before the guidelines turn -- fines and penalties.

Government regulations are more substantial fodder for freedoms nightmares.

Than for any bad food and that I've ever seen.

Be careful how you throw garbage into a public garbage can you might get a ticket and be careful what you say about the tech.

But the 100 dollar ticket wasn't enough to take from this elderly woman the sanitation -- threaten to give mrs.

pitofsky -- 300 dollar ticket.

Because she complained to him about the original ticket.

I didn't know complaining about the government was against the law in New York City.

What ever happened to freedom of speech.

The city should spend its money and time fighting crime and collecting trash not rummaging through someone else is garbage and threatening their free speech.
