-- -- -- Immigration protests -- -- states taking an illegal immigration battle into their own hands in Georgia.

And Alabama.

Now South Carolina governor Nikki Haley joins the fight her state become the latest crackdown on illegals.

President Obama weighing in today take a listen.

We need comprehensive immigration -- I've said it before I will say it again I'll say it next week analysts say six months from.

We've got to have a system that.

Make sure that.

We uphold our tradition of -- of loss.

My next guest says the federal government has failed in its obligation when it comes to immigration and the states have no choice but to step up.

Now former congressman Tom Tancredo.

Represented a that was a very heated -- -- I thought that was very -- When the question was what do we do about immigration he talked about.

To incorporate -- whatever -- is fifteen to twenty million illegals in the country to make them legal and the DREAM Act again what did you hear.

Same -- same thing and it chanting that mantra that they've been chanting for years not just this president to be honest the previous president the one before him.

All of them every time they talk about and use the phrase comprehensive immigration reform read.

Amnesty okay that is what they're saying they don't wanna use the word of course because most Americans go then I don't like that.

But it that is exactly what they're talking about comprehensive immigration reform.

Means amnesty everybody should understand that he is against.

For one reason.

It works.

If it works if you actually require.

Employers to use it.

And -- enforces the law against that and enforce the law if they don't.

Believe me it has that a chilling effect on people coming and the people here they go home and that's why they don't want.

Mr.

and we need to point this out this isn't about race this is in this is about jobs there are fourteen million Americans out of work right now.

Somewhere around out of fifteen -- twenty million illegals here doesn't make sense.

That those Americans who are here legally whether there is it.

You know they've come from other places or born -- -- shot at that you are actually go ahead.

Yeah.

Yeah exactly and and who are hurt what what group is hurt more in our in our society what group is hurt more by massive.

Even legal immigration of low skill low wage workers you know do you know that we take in right now with 9% unemployment and growing.

We take in still a 160000.

Legal immigrants every month all of them most skilled low wage workers were not taken in people who are bringing capital right we're not taking in people -- high skills.

Where -- those people going for jobs.

And -- what about the people coming illegally -- -- they hurting right -- circus people at the lowest end of the latter the lowest end of the economic -- mostly black.

Mostly Hispanic those are the folks that are getting screwed -- -- Now that -- I hate to cut you off like ample wind come on into this discussion here.

You know again it sounds like all we can -- we keep on hearing let's let's find a way to assimilate the the illegals into our society meanwhile people without jobs really want those jobs.

You know I understood the supporting this conversation because the fact is that employers and -- want.

More immigrants they want more low wage workers if Americans were taking him that job there wouldn't be that marketplace that this just a fallacy and yet it's perpetuated I think to anger people -- it is just don't reality to how can we -- -- America.

I'm going to go out there and chop cabbage.

I'm sorry how -- -- how do you that's ridiculous square.

9% unemployment.

And bringing in a million and a half people legally even legally another may -- millionaire how do you square that -- and you cannot tell me even you believe.

That all those people coming in there are just taking available jobs when we have 9% unemployment they're not and you're right we all have not let you -- inauguration because they want that cheap labor don't have a lot I want it well why.

This thing goes there American employers and the and the only your we've got -- -- obvious that -- on tremors that is the case what we're hearing here is opposition and I don't want illegal immigration or hearing how they want as our immigration guys don't hold on a second -- -- -- more panelists here.

Monarchy.

Who's not legal and -- and that's going to the source of of the problem right look the bottom line is we're either allow a nation of laws or we're not.

And the whole illegal immigration process of what we really have to make it clear distinction here -- I I'm I'm a big fan of former Congressman Tancredo is on this issue.

And he's taking a lot of -- on it but he's been right over the years.

The point is not immigration per say we've got legal immigration we've got illegal immigration.

We have a whole shadow economy here and frankly -- find -- very insulting that one would say well these are jobs that Americans won't do.

The point is we've got a very struggling economy and the congressman is correct to say.

That if we didn't have the shadow economy.

Actually those jobs would be filled by Americans and actually it would raise the entire level of income for Americans across the board because you wouldn't have that -- -- economy.

Is South Carolina -- gun -- Mean not that I know now having all this all this tells you that it is that.

Illegal immigration has so deeply penetrated every corner of America -- and and since the federal government will not deal with the problem these states are going to have to deal with a -- -- And you're gonna see different things going on in different states some you may like -- you may not but until the Fed step up until the president steps up and does something real.

They that -- -- the Nikki haley's of the world are gonna keep you know passing laws in their state to try to deal with a.

Because -- the federal issue and you can't have pets -- Patchwork of kind of different laws with regard to a national issue -- -- the that I don't know it makes no sense but let me get get back to something larger here which is this idea.

That somehow.

You know what these immigrants are taking jobs that along to someone else.

There is not one economic studies that indicate any -- like that honestly my daughters -- diplomat my friend just admitted that filling jobs that would go on build on the one they want the -- I wouldn't -- job let's -- -- market -- exactly right there is the free market you have more supply gets what happens the price goes down so what it means that people -- why did we don't really have that wages go up I got to leave it -- -- parents -- you think we've had the highest unemployment benefit we're gonna lose the satellite my jobs -- negatives.
