The business community is always complaining about regulations when unemployment to 3% and are making record profits they're gonna still complain about.

Regulations because frankly they want to be able to do whatever they think.

Is gonna maximize the profits.

-- doesn't sound like the best way to reach out to business especially at a time when the president wants to create jobs.

May be don't go after the CEOs responsible for those -- -- -- exclusively business process -- thereabouts America's.

But Barry.

Nicholson the service and target have you thanks for coming.

Neal thanks so much for having us -- I had your counterpart at delta with me sir and and he was more or less saying.

Without commenting politically on the president or Democrats or Republicans it is not a business friendly environment right now.

-- would you agree with that.

I think the LA industry Richard of course which venison is the -- -- -- airlines.

But he's a customer balance the -- industry -- heavily regulated industries in the world it always has been.

-- in some cases for example safety this is a good thing.

When it comes to managed business model is not such a good thing.

So for its -- boy US airlines so like velcro lines cannot have more than 25% for an ownership.

I didn't know any other business in the US -- there is that regulation but -- a global business aviation is truly a global business.

But what did you make -- a global investment I'm -- several what did you make under the president's argument.

That whatever the situation now about CEOs and there are complaints about regulations they bullies to quote him.

And whining about red -- -- What today.

To be honest I'm not impressed without all agreement.

We've we have to run our businesses to as the best we can.

Among we do that we tried before -- special facilities in the business and having government regulation some other ways as best opportunities -- -- we think that was -- All right you know obviously there's there's got to be activated -- over regulating and just letting businesses do whatever that they want.

And he did mention you know what we did airline industry and keeping folks -- -- open skies -- But do you think that did this pendulum has swung more toward over doing it now because it is true that it's very tough to reverse.

It's true and another example could be our industry would benefit from investment in the next generation as traffic management system.

We have the technology we know how to do it but we're waiting for the FA -- a government agency.

To be able to fund it and they in -- on -- waiting for congress to fund the FAA's budget.

And I think they're now going for the twentieth extension.

Of the FA's budget to congress constantly seems to want to micromanage the FAA's budget.

In the meanwhile we're waiting for the technology improvement in -- traffic management it would help considerably.

Humberto -- of -- what are -- of my last case of small business and entrepreneur apparently had some successes of football player front -- But -- don't want the -- front of the issues.

That I -- to them as -- polyps ago this May Day.

Is whether intrinsically.

Did this administration.

May be.

That.

-- Democrats in general.

Have a sort of a visceral.

Anti business point of via.

88 not to the point where -- they hate business.

They just don't trust business so they want to keep the least tight -- tests.

I guess I'm not miss -- sort of gonna agree with that from the point of view of aviation.

We've been very heavily regulated so many decades and on such -- over several different administrations.

And the it's it's with the concept for the regulation that we have rather than the administration what does it.

Any different abroad and you know -- -- the less regulation won't watch.

I think I think overseas for in Europe for example we can look at the -- him.

Level of regulation in Europe right now well when looking at a potential environmental tax which none of us in the business really think is beneficial.

Well for the -- we want to improve the environment but not in the way that the European governments -- proposing the tax.

Well we look at some horrible pops up of the customs all the parts of the world Latin America Middle East -- -- -- these areas a growing dramatically.

And that probably at least regulated when it comes to aviation.

That regulated by safety of course the -- we all globally regulate -- safety when it comes to business environment.

In those areas that very much more of a growth business culture being generated.

Interest -- therapists and thank you very much could -- thank you know.
